Job summary

Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking a Custodial/Janitor in the Quality department based out of Norwood, New Jersey. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in alignment with GMP and health standards.

You will perform daily cleaning of lunchrooms, restrooms, lockers, and equipment, maintain logs, manage supplies, and report hazards. This is a 100% onsite position with physical duties up to 50 lbs and all-weather work.

Qualifications

• English communication (reading/writing/speaking) required.
• Ability to follow GMP and sanitation procedures.
• Self-motivated with strong organization and independence.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of lunchrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, employee entrances, and other areas.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and maintain cleaning logs.
• Monitor supply inventory, replenish dispensers, and notify when supplies are low.
• Maintain a clean, organized area while following GMP and health & safety rules; report hazards.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties to support facility operations.
