Job summary

Winpak Control Group Inc. in Norwood, New Jersey, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join the Quality department. You will perform inspections and testing to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements throughout manufacturing.

You will document non-conformances, support corrective actions, and help maintain audit-ready records while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets product specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Maintains accurate quality records and supports corrective actions as needed.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections per procedures.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, functional, and performance tests with precision instruments.
• Identify non-conformances and document quality reports and CAPA actions.
• Maintain organized records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate quality issues to Production and Quality leadership.
