Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a GMP Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleanroom sanitization operations and maintain strict quality and compliance standards.

Based in Morrisville (RTP), you will lead a sanitation team on a 12-hour night shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM), ensure proper sanitizer rotation, labeling, and GDP/ALCOA documentation, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Facility, and Quality teams to meet client SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong background in leadership, attention to detail, and work instruction compliance.
• Ability to pass cleanroom gowning qualification tests and adhere to a strict dress code.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform routine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly room sanitization in GMP process areas.
• Verify proper sanitization agent rotation, correct labeling, and accurate contemporaneous GDP and ALCOA documentation.
• Lead your team as a Sanitation Team Lead to manage gowning supplies, PPE stocking, and waste disposal.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Facility, and Quality teams to execute cleaning schedules that strictly meet client SOPs and safety rules.

• Schedule: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (2-2-3 Rotating Night Shift)

• Requirements: HS Diploma or GED; supervisory/lead experience; strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, ALCOA, and SOP guidelines; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
