Job summary

Pay rate is $30.00 per hour, with full-time, on-site work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be authorized to work in the U.S. Responsibilities include leading cleaning tasks, training staff, inventory management, and ensuring security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing cleaning experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills (hard floor & carpet).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven experience leading janitorial staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in daily and periodic cleaning tasks in assigned areas.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed.
• Take inventory and inform management when supplies are depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions.
• Perform janitorial duties during staff shortages.
• Follow all SOPs and security procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Notify management about issues affecting service.
