Job summary

CSI International, Inc. is seeking a GMP Cleaner in Harvard, MA to support a manufacturing facility. The candidate will perform routine cleaning tasks, follow SOPs, and help maintain equipment and cleanliness across areas, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications include 2-3 years of manufacturing cleaning experience, 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. E-Verify work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of manufacturing cleaning experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills (hard floor and carpet maintenance).
• Ability to read, write and speak English; may be required by some customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We use E-Verify.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report repairs or replacement as necessary.
• Maintain supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Work safely at all times and inform management about unsafe conditions.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Assist in orientation and training for new employees.
• Adhere to proper security procedures.
• Notify management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer.
• Perform other cleaning-related duties as required.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors; clean and stock restrooms; empty trash and recycling; ensure doors are locked after hours; clean spills.
