CSI International Inc. is seeking a GMP Lead Cleaner for the 3rd shift in Harvard, MA. The role requires prior manufacturing cleaning experience, leadership skills, and the ability to train and guide janitorial staff.

The successful candidate will follow SOPs, manage supplies, and ensure high-quality cleaning across assigned areas. 50 lb lifting capability and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing cleaning experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills (hard floor and carpet maintenance).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead the team in daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies are depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform all janitorial duties during staff shortages.
