Job summary

Park 100 Foods is seeking a Cook to follow certified formulas and GMPs under leadership of the Plant Manager. The role ensures products are cooked to meet quality standards, while maintaining a safe work environment and demonstrating strong attendance.

The Cook will follow detailed instructions, perform repetitive tasks, and work independently. Responsibilities include monitoring raw material additions, documenting processes, and operating kettles with electronic controls and HMIs.

Qualifications

• Must understand written English.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Intermediate math skills required.
• Ability to work with technology and follow formulas.

Responsibilities

• Follow certified formulas and GMPs to cook products.
• Monitor and document raw material additions and kettle processes.
• Operate kettles and HMIs, and use iPad-based productivity tools.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe production environment.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly and assist training.
