Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Bioprocess Associate in Devens, MA to support commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and quality processes while contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Shift hours are M-F 2pm-10pm. You will participate in process documentation, training in automation, and ongoing process improvement to ensure safe, compliant operations and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; certificate/associates in Biotechnology or related field preferred.
• GMP regulations experience and/or clean room exposure desired.
• Experience in collaborative teams with accountability, attention to detail and results.
• Proficient in common computer tools and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following GMPs and SOPs.
• Revise/create process documents and assist investigations.
• Train in process automation and operation of primary production equipment.
• Maintain material and components inventory and support area safety initiatives.
• Weigh, check and assemble process materials and components.
