Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Bioprocess Associate to execute commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins in a cGMP setting. You will work in Devens, MA, operating equipment, preparing documents, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced production environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to SOPs. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma with biotech certifications or an associate degree and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree or certificate in biotech preferred.
• Prior GMP/regulatory experience and/or clean room environment is desirable.
• Proven teamwork, accountability, attention to detail, and collaboration.
• Proficient with common computer tools and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per cGMPs and SOPs in the assigned area.
• Revise and create process documents; assist with investigations.
• Train in process automation and supporting business systems.
• Maintain material and components inventory level.
• Support a safe work environment and area-specific safety initiatives.
• Weigh and check raw materials; assemble, clean and autoclave components.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and in SOP/Batch Record revisions.
