Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN, is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support startup activities and eventual API production. You will learn assigned area operations, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate across shifts and sites to bring manufacturing into service.

The role requires 2+ years of API experience, a strong understanding of GMP practices, and flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years API manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental requirements and communicate/troubleshoot adverse events.
• Operate processes and equipment per batch records, user manuals, design parameters, SOPs, and work instructions to meet production schedule.
• Perform daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning to maintain equipment and systems per regulatory requirements.
• Understand Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements and apply safety standards to GMP duties.
• Recognize other area processes and their hazards and respond appropriately.
• Monitor and collect data on equipment use to anticipate reliability problems.
