Job Description:
Demonstrates core values through behavior.Establishes and maintains New Innovation skills by direct training from Residency Management Suite. Serves as the GME trainer for GME staff, Resident Physicians, and Faculty Physicians for New Innovations. Designs and develops additional aspects of New Innovations to meet accreditation requirements and specific training program needs. Applies Project Management and/or Project Improvement skills to facilitate and implement the New Innovations program for incorporation/expansion into all GME training programs. Manages all New Innovations reports as required by GMEC and needed reports by GME Administration and/or Program Directors. Conducts academic reports as needed such as summaries of In-Training reports, national match results, and alumni distribution. Manages the database for alumni and termed faculty. Performs other duties as assigned or directed by the Director of Academic Affairs to ensure the smooth operations of the department.Other duties as assigned.
