Job summary
CharterCARE of Rhode Island in Providence, RI, seeks a Coordinator for GME Research, Clinical Education & Training to provide administrative and educational support for the department's research initiatives, clinical education activities, and fellowship programs.
This role collaborates with the Program Director, GME Office, IRB, and hospital teams to ensure accreditation readiness, smooth fellowship operations, trainee onboarding, and ongoing quality improvement across educational and research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, business administration, public health, or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical, educational, and quality improvement research projects.
- Support curriculum development and competency-based educational initiatives.
- Coordinate fellowship operations and trainee recruitment.
- Prepare documentation for accreditation reviews and program meetings.
- Maintain trainee files, evaluations, and annual rotation schedules.
- Serve as liaison among trainees, faculty, and GME offices.
