Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems is seeking a senior GME Program Coordinator Team Lead to manage assigned residency or fellowship programs and lead onboarding of new coordinators.

The Team Lead oversees day-to-day operations for a small group, ensures process consistency, mentors staff, coordinates weekly coordinator meetings, and partners with leadership to identify training needs and drive improvements in GME operations.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support for GME programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead onboarding and training for new coordinators with training plans and materials.
• Mentor and assist staff during transition periods.
