Stanford Health Care is seeking an experienced GME Administration & Ops Manager to lead complex operational projects, dashboards, and digital transformation within the Department of Graduate Medical Education. You will partner with leadership and stakeholders to optimize processes, monitor performance, and ensure efficient resource use.

The role requires five years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in Power BI/Tableau/Excel and Office tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university required.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience required.
• Ability to build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau or comparable tools.
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinates all departmental projects and ensures resources are utilized efficiently.
• Coordinates implementation and optimization of GME-related systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Develops and maintains GME operational dashboards using BI and reporting tools.
• Monitors KPIs, program operations, compliance metrics, financial trends, and leadership reporting needs.
• Partners with GME leadership to identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, dashboards, and reports for GME leadership and stakeholders.
• Leads GME technology and digital transformation projects with senior leadership.
• Manages moonlighting approval process per policies and work-hour regulations.
• Oversees affiliation agreements and contracts with the Office of General Counsel.
• Manages Resident HealthStream assignments and ensures training deadlines.
• Supports risks management projects and other duties as assigned.
• Manages visiting resident onboarding.
