WMC Health in Mount Pleasant, NY seeks a Director of GME Professional Development to lead educational initiatives across more than 50 programs and 500 trainees. The role provides strategic oversight for faculty, fellows, residents and staff, promoting innovative teaching methods and scholarly activity.

You will build standards, engage stakeholders, collaborate with accreditation and quality teams, and develop mentoring, coaching and residents-as-teachers programs to advance instructional

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive educational leadership at the institutional level.
• Experience in development and execution of educational programming for GME stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ACGME institutional and program-level requirements.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching, instruction and adult learning program design.
• Productivity in educational scholarship is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Providing strategic direction, oversight and support for GME professional development.
• Developing engagements for stakeholders across programs based on performance data and priorities.
• Driving development of learning communities, teaching forums and faculty engagement initiatives.
• Establishing frameworks and standards for program delivery across stakeholders.
• Collaborating with accreditation and QA teams to align programming with curricular priorities.
