Westchester Medical Center Health Network seeks a Director of GME Professional Development to lead education initiatives across more than 50 programs and 500 trainees. You will set vision, determine resources, and collaborate with program directors to advance teaching, scholarship, and faculty development.

The role requires proven educational leadership, a track record in adult learning, and ability to align faculty development with ACGME requirements and institutional priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of progressive experience in educational leadership at the institutional level.
• Experience in development and execution of educational programming for GME stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ACGME institutional and program-level requirements.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching, instruction, design and implementation of adult learning.
• Evidence of productivity in educational scholarship (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction, oversight and support for GME professional development across programs.
• Develop professional development engagements across programs based on performance data and priorities.
• Drive learning communities, teaching forums and faculty engagement initiatives.
• Establish frameworks and standards for program delivery across stakeholders.
• Align faculty development with broader academic and curricular priorities.
• Develop faculty communications to support visibility and adoption of programs.
• Define scope and deliverables for GME education initiatives.
• Engage with external and internal content experts for programs and curricula.
• Develop evaluation tools and stakeholder satisfaction assessments.
