The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks an Educational Administrative Specialist II to provide meticulous administrative support to the GME team at USU School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD.

You will coordinate workflows for NCC, manage director recruitment, and track trainee administrative leave within a highly confidential, team-based environment. Responsibilities include coordinating academic hearings, maintaining file repositories, drafting updates

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or higher; healthcare administration, business, education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant administrative or program support role.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate administrative workflows for NCC and GMEC; manage hearing logistics and invitations.
• Prepare and review trainee action packets with attention to sensitive information; ensure proper routing.
