Job summary

BFS FOODS INC is seeking a Store Manager to optimize profitability and deliver exceptional customer service at our Millersville location. You will drive sales, lead a team of Sandwich Artists, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers, and implement best practices across operations.

You will recruit, train, coach, and appraise staff, manage labor budgets, inventory, invoicing, and daily banking, and ensure compliance with Subway guidelines and safety standards while maintaining store presentation.
