Job summary

Target General Merchandise Team Leader in Tulsa, OK leads daily operations to ensure a guest-first shopping experience. You’ll plan workloads, supervise hourly team members, and collaborate with leadership to hit sales goals while upholding safety and standards.

You’ll train and coach staff, manage merchandise preparation, pricing, and backroom organization, and maintain excellent guest service across shifts.
