Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Oklahoma. You will lead hourly team members, manage daily workloads, and coach staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and compliance with safety standards while driving store performance. With a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork, you will train new hires, participate in scheduling, and support leadership in executing daily store priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams in a retail or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly work to meet department goals and guest needs.
• Coach, train and develop hourly team members and interview candidates.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, stocking and product availability.
