Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred as part of the basic qualifications.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to lead a team in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage merchandise, pricing, signing, and backroom processes.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members are trained and consistently deliver Target's guest experience commitments.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
• Educate the team on operational procedures affecting inventory, profitability and availability.
• Coach hourly team members to build a capable talent pool and plan for future leadership.
• Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, and on-shelf visibility.
