Midwest Star Group, a Wisconsin-based family of businesses, seeks a General Manager of Service Operations to oversee multiple service locations. You will build strong management teams and improve financial performance across sites.

This role requires regular travel between Roberts, River Falls, and Eau Claire while standardizing service processes and ensuring safe, efficient operations to deliver dependable solutions to customers.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in automotive repair, heavy-duty truck and trailer repair, fleet maintenance, mobile service, or related industries.
• Multi-location operational leadership experience preferred.
• Proven accountability for service operations, financial performance and budgets.
• Strong understanding of technician productivity, labor utilization, and gross profit.
• Experience developing standardized processes and implementing improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across automotive, heavy-duty truck and trailer, and mobile repair operations.
• Establish consistent operating standards, procedures, and performance expectations across locations.
• Coach and develop location managers while maintaining accountability for day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular operational reviews of staffing, productivity, financial performance, customer service, and safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support growth.
