Automotive Parts Headquarters, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for Southern Wisconsin to oversee Madison locations and surrounding communities. You will lead Store Managers, shape regional strategy, and strengthen customer relationships while driving profitability.

You'll develop leaders, coach teams, and translate business goals into measurable results across multiple sites. This hands-on role requires travel within the region and a track record of improving performance in multi-location

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations, teams, or complex operations.
• Experience developing leaders, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, budgets, profitability, and business operations.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.

• Lead, mentor, and hold Store Managers accountable for performance, leadership, and results.

• Identify development opportunities and help prepare future leaders for success.
• Support recruiting, retention, employee development, and workforce needs across your region.
• Develop and execute strategies that grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and improve profitability.
• Review financial results, budgets, sales trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Store Managers to establish priorities, create action plans, and deliver measurable results.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive challenges to strengthen the region's position.
