Qualifications

• Significant dealership service-management experience, preferably with GM brands.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain technicians and service advisors.
• Ability to build a winning culture with clear accountability.
• Understanding of RO count, HPRO, labor rate, productivity, and profitability metrics.
• Experience growing a department through customer retention and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team and department.
• Set standards, processes, and performance metrics.
• Grow the operation through customer retention and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, BDC and leadership.
• Make personnel decisions and take ownership of problems.
