Job summary

Primer is seeking a growth and operations leader to scale two tax-credit programs—Federal and Alabama—unlocking access for working-class families. You will own SGOs relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Primer’s Bursar, Foundation, Legal, and Finance teams.

You’ll drive paid acquisition, local marketing, and business development to accelerate adoption across states, with the playbook for federal expansion guiding future states.

Qualifications

• Seasoned generalist with cross-functional experience in operations, marketing, and external-facing work.
• Proven track record in revenue or funding growth through partnerships.
• Experience negotiating with external partners.
• Ability to oversee paid acquisition and multi-channel growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Federal and Alabama tax-credit programs end-to-end.
• Negotiate terms with SGOs and coordinate with Primer teams (Bursar, Foundation, Legal, Finance).
• Drive paid acquisition, landing pages, and creative.
