Good Carbon Co. seeks an experienced General Manager to lead Community, our property management and community operations division.

This role owns the division’s strategic direction, financial performance, and organizational strength, serving as the primary link among owners, leadership, and on-site teams. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and build a scalable organization positioned for growth, with accountability for owners’ and residents’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property or facilities management and real estate operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the division’s full P&L, including revenue growth, expense management, profitability, and NOI.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and long-term capital planning.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance for accurate reporting and controls.
• Lead the expansion of property management operations into new markets.
