Job summary

Community Management Group (CMG) seeks a Director of Property Management & PM Operations to lead day-to-day performance across ~30 communities and 2,500 lots in six states. This is a hands-on leadership role emphasizing field visits and accountability.

You will recruit, train and coach onsite managers, set expectations, review performance and drive occupancy, delinquency and capital projects. Travel ~1 week per month to stay close to operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management or distributed field operations.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching and holding frontline managers accountable.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and measurable KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and reports.
• Willingness to travel ~1 week per month.
• Manufactured housing or RV experience valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop onsite managers across the portfolio.
• Manage occupancy, delinquency, leasing, maintenance and budgets.
• Establish property KPIs and weekly/monthly reporting to leadership.
• Travel to communities ~one week per month to oversee operations.
• Guide capital projects and vendor management with accountability.
