Job Juncture in Spokane, WA seeks a General (Regional) Manager for Manufacturing/Distribution with full P&L responsibility and sales team oversight. This is a leadership role with significant growth potential in a mid-sized manufacturer/distributor.

The position leads all manufacturing and distribution functions, oversees ~100 FTEs, drives lean culture, and develops strategic/tactical plans and budgets to accelerate growth and operational excellence.

GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / #1 Role / Full P&L Responsibility...including sales team)

(Salary $150 - $200K, 25-50%+ real bonus potential, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment

Qualifications:
