Riverstone Logistics is seeking a General Manager to lead a client-based profit center, accountable for team performance, operational execution, and financial results. You will build, develop, and retain a high-performing team and drive exceptional service across the local operation.

The GM sets culture, accountability, and engagement, coaching leaders and aligning labor with cost controls to ensure long-term profitability and growth. This role emphasizes leadership as much as operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and drive profitability.
• Own the local client relationship and meet service, quality, and financial benchmarks.
