Job summary

Jersey Mike's Marysville is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant, drive performance, and foster a positive team environment.

The GM will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, ensure an exceptional guest experience, uphold food safety standards, and manage labor, food costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.

You'll build community relationships, mentor future leaders, and represent Jersey Mike's with integrity and hospitality in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation and performance of the restaurant
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure every customer receives a \
• Driving sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability
• Ensure consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals
• Partner with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team
