Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day multi-venue operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care. You will drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while guiding a team and managing processes to grow sales.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-unit retail or travel stop management, strong budgeting skills, and a proven track record of supervising 5-10+ staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years affecting budgets and P&L.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business ops including store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained facility with safety checks.
• Drive sales via efficient ordering, stocking, inventory and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and act to improve profit opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
