You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and the ability to manage diverse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy in financial reporting, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop/ c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales >
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas (retail, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and equipment.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand and analyze profit/loss statements to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
