Qualifications

• Must be an AM4, or prior GM with DM approval and be in good standing.
• Demonstrated high volume mentality and supervised in a store meeting RPM standards.
• Must pass all background and drug tests.

• Lead and motivate Team Members to uphold RPM standards.
• Coach Team Members on safety and security policies.
• Manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
