Qualifications

• Must be an AM4 or prior GM with DM approval and in good standing.
• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent.
• Demonstrated high volume mentality in a store exceeding RPM Service Standards.
• Must pass all background and drug tests.
• Must possess proficient math and technology skills.
• Must have a track record of training Team Members.
• Become Food Safety certified as required.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and appreciate unique talents of Team Members.
• Lead and motivate Team Members while upholding RPM standards.
• Coach and monitor safety policies and equipment status.
• Utilize training tools for Team Member development.
• Manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
• Ensure product, service, and image standards are upheld daily.
