Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance, people development, and operations. The GM guides team members, ensures safety, customer service, and financial results while upholding brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, training, marketing, and daily commitments, including nights and weekends, to maintain a positive workplace and strong sales.

Qualifications

• GM with district approval or training program completed.
• Proven success in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Food safety certification per local regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture that values accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
