Job summary

RPM Pizza, the largest Domino's franchise, seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume store with a focus on customer service, quality, and local marketing. You will coach a team, enforce RPM and Domino's standards, manage inventory and labor, and drive profits while maintaining exceptional store image.

The GM will model policy adherence, train staff, ensure food safety, and work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be AM4 or prior GM with DM approval and in good standing.
• GMITO Class or equivalent completed.
• Demonstrated high-volume mentality and supervision in a store that meets RPM standards.
• Pass background and drug tests.
• Proficient math and technology skills.
• Be an RPM Brand Ambassador upholding standards and product quality.
• Food Safety certification as required by area.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recognize, appreciate, & value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals.
• Lead Team Members with a positive attitude to motivate the crew while upholding RPM standards.
• Coach & Monitor Safety & Security policies; ensure equipment works.
• Utilize RPM Training tools and on-the-job training to develop Team Members.
• Adhere to RPM, Domino's, & State health code standards.
• Inventory management, cash handling, providing excellent Customer service, sales projections, local store marketing, and scheduling your Team.
• Successfully manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
• Ensure all product, service and image standards are upheld daily.
• Consistently work 40 plus hours per week.
