Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader for General Merchandise & Food Sales at the Harvey, LA store. You will lead a team of hourly colleagues, drive total store sales, and ensure product is in stock, accurately priced, and signed to create a guest-ready experience.

You will plan workload, monitor reporting, coach staff, and develop strategies to meet sales goals while upholding food safety standards and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Ensure GM&F&B areas are in stock, correctly priced, and properly signed.
