Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in the United States. The role drives store sales, oversees GM and Food Service operations, and leads a team of hourly associates and leaders to deliver a strong guest experience.

You will manage inventory, pricing, and fulfillment, develop workload plans, and coach staff to meet business goals. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Schedule includes weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Lead Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing and signing processes.
• Manage a team of hourly team members and leaders.
• Lead fulfillment and delivery processes to meet guest promises.
• Plan workload and schedule to align with guest and business needs.
• Coach, develop and mentor team members for growth.
• Ensure food safety standards and store policies are followed.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
