Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and oversee GM and Food & Beverage operations. You will manage inbound/outbound, replenishment, inventory, and optimize pricing and signing on the sales floor.

You will lead hourly team members, plan workload, and coach staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding food safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
