Job summary

• Knowledge of retail business fundamentals including department sales trends and inventory management.
• Experience managing a team of hourly team members and leaders and creating business-specific strategies and goals.
• Skills in recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly team members and leaders.
• Experience planning department workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage GM, Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing and signing processes.
• Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee fulfillment and delivery processes to guests.
• Plan and monitor workload to ensure you are guest ready at all times.
• Provide regular coaching and performance management to the team.
