Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader GM & Grocery in Bellevue, WI to drive store sales and lead General Merchandise and Food Sales teams. You will oversee inbound/outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing and promotions while coaching a team to deliver strong results.

You will promote guest-first service, uphold food safety standards, and develop talent through coaching, planning, and performance management, including weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and lead a team.
• Experience in retail or GM/Food Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and lead GM & Food Sales areas.
• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and pricing processes.
• Manage a team of associates and set workload plans to meet goals.
• Ensure food safety standards and guest experience are prioritized.
