Target is hiring a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in Wisconsin. The role focuses on driving total store sales, managing GM/Food operations, and leading a skilled team to deliver a guest-first experience across departments.

You will oversee inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, pricing and promotions, while coaching teammates to achieve daily goals and maintain safety standards. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage workload and recruit – both long and short term.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and signing processes.
