Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and assess department impact on profitability.
• Manage Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and leaders; recruit and develop talent.
• Oversee fulfillment operations including pick, pack and ship where applicable.
• Plan workloads and conduct regular check-ins to ensure tasks are completed.
• Manage GM backrooms and sales floor areas, monitor reporting to close gaps.
• Ensure food safety standards and proper execution across operations.
