Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in the Midland, TX area to drive store sales and lead a dynamic GM and Food Sales team. You will manage inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional signing to support guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in retail operations, and the ability to motivate hourly staff while delivering on revenue targets. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Experience leading General Merchandise and Food Sales teams.
Strong understanding of store operations, pricing, replenishment and presentation.

Responsibilities

Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability across GM and Food areas.
Manage Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation and promotions.
Lead a team of hourly team members and leaders, setting priorities and performance goals.
Develop workload plans to ensure guest readiness and efficient operations.
Oversee execution of signing, pricing, and signage to support business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet department targets.
