RealTruck is seeking a General Manager for the Gator business unit, responsible for overall performance, growth, and P&L of the entry-level brand across online channels and wholesale partnerships.

The GM will build a consumer-focused team, expand product offerings, manage pricing and marketing, and oversee cross-functional execution with functions like eCommerce, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Leading a consumer products business with revenue >$250m+ in North America.
• 15+ years GM experience with full P&L management (10+ years in management).
• Deep expertise selling consumer products online across platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc).
• Experience with entry-level/value-oriented products and brands.
• Experience with overseas finished goods suppliers.
• Broad commercial skillset: product development, digital marketing, pricing/promotions.
• Bachelor’s in business required; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own BU performance: revenue, margin, OPEX, inventory management.
• Define strategic direction and translate into priorities across all key functions.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, consumer-focused team.
• Lead annual budget/plan and monthly reporting to ELT and Board.
