Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process improvement.
• Ability to support daily/weekly tasks aligned to business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and show appreciation for shopping Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, and set up signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or fixtures.
• Loosen processes including price changes and inventory accuracy as directed.
