Marcella Club seeks its first General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to establish and lead all club operations from foundation building through long-term growth. This leadership role oversees dining, skiing, hospitality, recreation, golf, and member programming across locations, delivering exceptional service and a distinctive membership experience.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private club, or destination resort management.
• GM/COO experience in luxury settings is strongly preferred.
• Experience opening new facilities, building operational teams and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day club operations across multiple locations, including dining, skiing, member services, facilities, and events.
• Lead membership sales strategy and club communications to engage the community.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budget; monitor expenses and revenues; ensure financial objectives.
• Build a strong member-focused culture with proactive communication and personalized service.
