Job summary

The Country Club of Orlando, established private club, seeks a seasoned GM/COO to provide strategic and operational leadership while honoring our rich traditions. The role reports to the Board and focuses on governance, budgeting, and delivering exceptional member experiences across dining, recreation, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in private clubs, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to governance and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a GM/COO or senior leadership role in a member-owned/private club.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with members, staff, and leadership.
• Strong communication skills and trust-building with the Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership aligned with the Club's traditions and long-term vision.
• Foster strong member relationships and deliver exceptional experiences across all Club amenities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning for long-term financial sustainability.
• Oversee capital planning, facilities, and project execution with the Board and committees.
• Develop and empower a high-performing management team and drive accountability.
