Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and feedback; guiding associates toward store goals and company direction.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, and customer service ex*****c, ensuring high quality customer experience.
• Reviews PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and expenses to align with sales and profit targets in the designated area.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and sets expectations for hourly associates; promotes a culture of belonging.
