Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, owner mindset. The role covers opening procedures, audit readiness, and ensuring a great customer experience. You’ll lead a team across shifts, manage scheduling, deposits, and inventory to meet food cost and labor targets.

The position offers daytime hours (6am–2pm), a strong focus on work-life balance, and growth opportunities, including internal promotions and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets.
• Ability to manage scheduling, deposits, and store operations with attention to audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Open the store, manage baking, and ensure audit readiness and accurate deposits.
• Coordinate catering, mobile, and in-store orders while maintaining exceptional guest experience.
• Staff supervision across shifts, scheduling, and inventory control.
